Online Advertising Terms & Conditions:

Payment is required in advance. Credit references may be required. Payment is due 15 days after invoice. Banner ads may be pulled if account balances are not paid by the due date. As space is limited, banner ads are sold on a first come, first served basis. All advertising is accepted subject to the publisher’s approval upon determination that the products or service advertised are in keeping with Imagine Magazine’s philosophy. Advertisers and ad agencies assume liability for all content of advertisements (including text and illustrations), and also assume responsibility for any claims arising there from made against the publisher. The advertiser and the advertising agency are jointly and severally liable for payment.

Cancellation Policy:

If necessary, ads must be cancelled seven working days prior to that issue’s closing date. Ads may not be cancelled or modified beyond that date. Otherwise, full rate will be charged.
